The contract letter from private sectors must be attested by Chamber of Commerce in Saudi Arabia and Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Saudi Arabia;
•   The degree holder must have a valid passport;
•   Before submission to Cultural Office, his / her degree must be attested by

             1.) Department of Higher Education of the respective state, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt. Of                     India,

             2.) Ministry of External Affairs, Govt. Of India

             3.) Embassy of his / her country in India. (for foreigners)

•   His/her agency must produce a letter from the concerned university stating that his/her degree is genuine;
•   Foreigners must produce all Passport and Visa copies issued to them during their study in India. (For foreigners only).
•   Certificates are accepted only through any approved agency by Cultural Attache Office
•   Attestation is done on Original Degrees only.

Documents required for fresh Candidates applying in Saudi for Job

1.     Original Degree/ Certificate with HRD. (Xerox Copies not acceptable)
2.     Final Year Original Marks Sheet.
3.     Passport Copy. (First, Last & Visa pages)
4.     Visa Copy For fresh candidates or the
5.     Original Offer Letter/Contract from KSA, in Arabic or English, on company letter head, attested by Saudi CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, and Saudi FOREIGN MINISTRY, not more than six months old.
