Move On To Peace From Grief via ObituaryToday

Posted by Obituary today on December 9th, 2016

Grieving the loss of a loved one is a natural process. Every human being cries when her/his close one leaves this world. Grief shows that you are on your way to heal and recover. It evokes the unrealised sentiments that are embedded deep down in our psyche. Therefore, it is extremely important that all of us put a hold to all the worldly activities and take time to grieve. We should not try to avoid the feelings of agony and pain by indulging in some other activities to divert our attention from our loss. Such traumatising emotions will not go away until we process them and have full realisation of them.

But before moving further, do make a note of the fact that there is a difference between mourning and suffering. The two are entirely different ways of grief. We mourn because we feel the loss of a loved one. On the other hand, we suffer because we feel that there is a void created in our life due to the departed soul and this cannot be filled no matter what. Thus, we fall in the trap of suffering.

It is noteworthy here that, if you’re grieving the death of a loved one, do not look at the emptiness created. Rather cherish those moments that you spent together. Recollect the memories that how you loved them when they were present. And you can still love them in their absence as well as love is not restricted to physical boundaries. It can be on a metaphysical level as well that is deeper and spiritual. So, continue loving them even if they are not around.

Visit Obituarytoday and create a remembrance notice via this channel to make peace with your grief. Though, it is easier said than done, but nothing is too difficult to achieve. Have some patience and give yourself time to come out of the traumatising times. If it is not you and any of your friends, who is in such heart-rending situation then send them sympathy messages to show your support and love. Such a gesture will be more encouraging and hope generating than any conversation.
