Separation of the chemical components can be achieved with the help of the heating. As the boiling point of the chemical required to be separated difference from the other components present in the sample. Thus, boiling of the sample will lead to the evaporation of the components required to be separated and allows the impurities to settle it down.

Azeotropic distillation is a type of separation process that is not accomplished with the boiling point to extract the desired components. It utilizes entrainer third components to extract the component from the solution. The components added to the separation causes the formation of a ternary phase in the solution that help in the extraction of the azeotrope from its solutions.

In some of the cases, the process is similar to the extractive distillation. The formation of the ternary phase in the solution leads to the lower boiling of the solution for the separation process.

A common example of this type of separation includes the addition of the benzene to an ethanol/water mixture.

Inline Reactor refers to the recycling or purification of the chemical components used in the various industrial processes. It is an economical process that include the recycling of the used chemical in the industries to make it useful for the next application. The components used at once is not completely consumed in the process, it leaves lost of its remains in the waste that get discarded after its first use. It leads to the waste of the material employing solvent recovery method in industries will help to enhance the efficiency of the industries and also help to conserve the resources. It is an environmentenergy. It also enhance the productivity of the industries and reduce the waste management cost.
