Charitable NGOs and their work towards education for all

Education is a medium for change and progress. Hence, it is a societal need to provide education to all including the children coming from the poorest of poor families.

There are many NGOs that have initiated programs to help uplift the poor and downtrodden and bring make education possible for every child. Books are powerful means to educate the mind and more often than not poor children are unable to afford school textbooks and references. As they progress into advanced grades, it becomes increasingly difficult to buy the prescribed texts and references and it is here that much help is needed.

Charitable organizations promote quality i education where children from poor financial conditions are welcomed in regular classrooms. Book donation drives that invite people to donate old books in Bangalore, scholarships, free classes, etc are some of areas that charitable organizations are focusing on.. Creating awareness about the importance of education and helping the society understand how important it is to give back to the society and the positive impact such activities will have on the society as a whole is another area that NGOs today are focusing upon.

The Sitaram Jindal Foundation is one of the leading NGOs in the country and has been helping poor children with their educational needs. The Foundation was created with the sole aim of  helping underprivileged children at all stages, starting from making infrastructure like school building, book donation, stipend and scholarship, award system etc., in fact leaving no stone unturned. To ensure collective and inclusive growth. 

The Foundation has relentlessly worked towards educating underprivileged children. It  conducts v campaigns too, so that s important activities like book donation drives (by calling to people to donate old books in Bangalore), scholarship programs, free education etc reach to deserving candidates, ensuring that books are collected and distributed amongst the underprivileged children or making these books available in book banks and libraries. 

Apart from continuous drive to provide education to the needy, the Foundation is actively involved in healthcare initiatives, infrastructure building activities and women empowerment initiatives.
