That is, a collar that is too small or too big for your dog can deter the efficiency of such anti-bark product.

While some pet owners are hesitant to use any kinds of anti-bark collars, a number of people have used and claimed citronella collars to be efficient in reducing extreme barking of their dogs. People find the lemony whiff of citronella pleasant, but animals do not. Generally, a dog collar citronella is used by spraying natural oil towards the dog’s snout without causing any harm.
