The wet type magnetic separator is mainly composed of six parts namely drum, roller, brush roller, magnetic system, tub and transmission part. The drum is welded with 2-3mm stainless steel plate, and its end cap is cast aluminum or artifacts which are connected with cylinder by stainless screw. The electric motor drives the drum, roller and brush roller through reducer or gradeless speed adjustment motor. The magnetic system is open magnetic system which is installed in cylinder. The magnetic lump is installed on the baseboard of magnet yoke. The shaft of magnetic yoke can extend out of the cylinder. There is connecting lever on the shaft end. We can regulate magnetic system angle by turning the connecting lever and fix it after suitable regulation.

Zenith wet type magnetic separator adopts the newest produced Ndfeb magnetic material which has strong magnetic energy and analyze, design and produce machines based on the specific features of raw materials. this equipment is suitable for manganese ore, limonite, hematite and goethite, limonite and siderite cerium, chromite, niobium, tantalum, iron ore, titanium ore, monazite, sulfur, psilomelane, pyrolusite and rhodochrosite, wolframite, titanium rutile, itabirite iron ore, apatite, yttrium phosphorus ore, olivine germanium ore, sulfur, copper, iron, dolomite, fluorocarbon cerium, lanthanum ore, biotite, epidote, garnet, niobium yttrium mining, hauling and nonmetal iron, etc. They can improve their grade by about 10%-30% after separating by this equipment.
