Did any Social Media and Digital Marketing Strategies worked for you?

I have worked on my blog for three months and I also worked on my client's website for more than 4 months and currently working for them only. So, I have two experiences with me.

Let me tell me how I worked my website/blog and used Digital Marketing Techniques and how do I get traffic to my website. 

I have a personal blog on Construction which serves for sharing my knowledge on construction and for my practice also. 

Let's start with my blog how I ranked my blog articles on the first page of Google:-

i) My first step was to make backlinks for the home page of my blog so as to get some Website authority for my website. Once the website gained some authority now it became easy for me to rank my articles.

ii) The second step I have taken is Keyword Research. I search for the keywords with no difficulty an high volume with the help of tool Ahref.

iii) The third step I have taken is written an in-depth and thorough article on the topic and used Yoast SEO plugin to do on-page SEO for my post. Do not forget to add LSI keyword in your article.

iv) After doing proper on-page SEO my articles start ranking on a first and second page on google search result page. Do not forget to Interlink your articles because it helps in ranking.

v) Once it started ranking somewhere in google then its time to promote your article on different websites such as Quora, LinkedIn, Facebook groups, Twitter.

vi) In the fifth step, I made backlinks to my post by writing short articles on different Article Submission websites such as Apsense, Uberant, Mytechlogy, Medium, LinkedIn etc.

vii) Bang, My article started ranking in top 3 results for targeted keywords.

So, I think now you must have understood the strategy and hope it might help you also to rank your blog.
