You will need to take a small towel, your water bottle and maybe something that can give you a quick boost of energy like glucose if you needed it. Make sure that before you leave your home to jog you at least have a banana because that has a lot of energy and a lot of the vitamins and minerals in there. Remember that if you stay well hydrated you will not pass out and you will not get a migraine because you were dehydrated. On the other hand, if you have some kind of energy you will be able to work out harder and therefore burn more calories in the process.

When you are going for that jog always be around places where people actually go jogging. It is safer that way since you also know that everybody comes there to jog.
