In addition, the diaphragm devices are generally flanged, according to the size of the flange ready to match the pressure connector, you can find the corresponding flange and universal pressure gauge connector to process, which is the most direct and convenient way.

Second, you need to pay attention when you are fixed. You should know that we need to now fix the calibrated diaphragm pressure gauge on the standard calibration table. When fixing, we should hold the diaphragm lightly. Never touch the diaphragm. When rotating the calibrated pressure gauge with a wrench, the wrench must be stuck on the connecting nut of the diaphragm device, not on the universal pressure gauge because the instrument is stuck. The universal pressure gauge and diaphragm device are a sealing system.

Therefore, in the process of operation, it is not allowed to disassemble or replace other types of meters at will, in order to prevent the leakage of working fluid filled in the system, and affect the performance or even scrap. Especially for the first time to carry out calibration staff, in the calibration of diaphragm pressure gauges before, must remember this requirement in advance. Then, how to distinguish the result of calibration?

Usually, in the process of testing low cost diaphragm pressure gauges, in the step-up phase, compared with standard China pressure gauges, if the excess, first check whether oil leakage, sealing and other issues, such as oil leakage, sealing is not good, can only return to the factory or scrap; if not, then can take off the indicator needle, and re-use The long-term experience is that it is more reasonable to reset the needle at 1/2 of the measuring range when fixing the needle; if the needle is still out of tolerance, it can only be used or scrapped.
