GST Registration
You must have GST Registration to start a pharma franchise business.

Documents Required for GST Registration
- PAN Card of the Business or Applicant
- Identity and Address Proof of Promoters
- Business Registration Document
- Address Proof for Place of Business
- Bank Account Proof
- Digital Signature

DRUG License
Drug license is a license which is required to business in the pharmaceutical industry or planning to start a business in the field of Pharmaceutical. As per Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, every person intending to deal in pharmaceutical business has to obtain this drug license. There are two types of drug license, one is Retail Drug License (RDL) and the other one is the Wholesale Drug License (WDL).

The requirement for getting a Drug License
Minimum Area Requirement
- In case of Medical Shop: 10 sq. meter.
- In case of wholesale + Retail: 15 sq. meter

Storage Facility: Refrigerator and air-conditioner is a must.

Documents Required for DRUG License

- Copy of Diploma/ Degree of pharmacy
- Address Proof of the Business location
- Appointment letter of the registered pharmacist
- Proof of Constitution of Business
- Affidavit by the Proprietor/Director's
