It's very difficult to walk through a narrow path and steep slope. It's a steep descent back to the high camp from the base camp. So, this part will be hard for you if you have knee problems. Bring an easy kneecap. You're not going to be at a high altitude for very long during the Mardi Himal trek. There is therefore less risk of sickness at altitude. Being aware of altitude sickness, though, is better. For all levels of trekkers, Mardi Himal trek is possible. Before going to the trek, exercising and practicing hikes can be beneficial.

All you need to worry about is booking a place for accommodation on trekking during the peak seasons. You need to prepare for extreme cold and bad weather if you're traveling in winter.
