Cold Brew vs Hot Brew Coffee

Scientists have discovered that warm coffee is better for our body and health than cold because it has a higher level of antioxidants.

After doing a comparison, chemists at the University of Philadelphia and Thomas Jefferson said that a short heating process creates more antioxidants and helps to absorb more oxygen into the body. In cold coffee that is long cooked, room temperature reduces the amount of antioxidants.

This is the first research on the different effects of hot and cold brew wholesale coffee, and it also helps in highlighting the beneficial effect of coffee on health. Many coffee can increase caffeine in your body, so you need to keep optimal amounts and know that one cup of coffee can not harm you.

Cold coffee is less sour than hot and can help if you have stomach reflux or some problem with digestive organs. The pH of hot and cold coffee is the same and ranges from 4.85 to 5.13. That's why a cooler coffee is suggested for those with stomach problems, while in other cases it is better to drink hot coffee. Keep a regular amount of coffee and do not drink more than 3 to 4 cups per day.

A study conducted by chemistry professors Nina Rao and Megan Fuler also showed that warm coffee has higher health effects, including reducing the risk of some cancers, diabetes and depression.

"Coffee has a lot of antioxidants," he said. "If you drink it moderately, research shows that it can be pretty good for you." We found that hot coffee had more antioxidants than cold, "Fuler explained.

These scientists have discovered that hot and cold coffee has the same pH level, which invalidates some previous claims that cold coffee has less acidity, and therefore does not cause heartburn and intestinal problems. In other words, if you do not like coffee and cause a heartburn, it will not help you drink it cold.
