The Important Auxiliary Agent of PVC --FT wax

Fischer Tropsch wax is a methylene polymer, an alkane made from synthetic gas or natural gas. High melting point (generally higher than 85 °) Fischer-tropsch wax is mainly composed of relative molecular mass between 500 and 1000 linear and saturation of high-carbon alkanes, it gives the chemical fine crystal structure, high melting point, narrow scope of melting point, low oil content, low penetration, and low mobility, low melt viscosity, hard, wear resistant and high stability.

Fischer tropsch wax suppliers differ significantly from conventional PE wax in that:

(1) molecular weight. Ft wax is much lower than PE wax in molecular weight, less branched chains, high crystallinity, easy to infiltrate into high viscosity macromolecular chain, significantly reduce melt viscosity, low mobility in the processing process, obvious lubrication effect in the later stage.

(2) The fetor wax is saturated straight alkanes, without double bonds, strong oxidation resistance, good weather resistance.

Fischer tropsch wax suppliers application in the plastics industry:

Fischer tropsch wax suppliers can be applied to PVC processing, such as injection molding, extrusion, and granulating industries. Fischer tropsch wax suppliers in color masterbatch and modified plastics production processes help with dispersion and excellent slip quality of fillers during blending. It can be used as the external lubricant of PVC, low viscosity can improve the production speed of the product, in the mixing helps the dispersion of the color filler especially in the extrusion of high viscosity system has a good appointment, compared with the ordinary PE wax added amount of 40 ~ 50%, and can significantly improve the surface gloss of products (gloss can replace carnauba wax). When strong colors are used, the melted ft wax can effectively moisten the dye and reduce the extrusion viscosity.
