Chicken is one of the  most common type of food in the world. One of cheap and ease of raising them in comparison to animals. And there is different regional taste which has been adapted in various country. These recipe can be prepared in vast range of ways , including baking, grilling ,

Barbecuing ,frying, and boiling. Chicken is generally includes low fat inthe the meat itself.Fat is highly concentrated on the skin. There are different ways of cooking recipe  which can change content of fat in dishes.

  1. Baked Chicken Breast

“Very easy and basic recipe for cooking up a bunch of skinless boneless chicken breasts.”

Ingredients




  1. Skinless,boneless chicken breast halves

  2. 2 tablespoon of olive oil

  3. 1 tablespoon sea salt

  4. 1 pinch creole seasoning

  5. 1 tablespoon water, as required

 Directions



  1. Preparation time : 15 min

  2. Cooking time : 25 min

  3. Complete in : 40 - 50 min

Important point :-

  

  •     Preheat convection oven to 400 deg.

  •     Rub chicken breasts with oil and sprinkle both side with salt and creole seasoning.

  •   Bake in the preheated oven for 10 min. Flip  chicken and cook until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, and keep 15 min more.

2.Marinated Broiled Chicken



Chicken breasts marinated in oil, vinegar and with proper dressing. This is a wonderful chicken recipe that can be prepared in the morning and cooked when you get home at night.

 

Ingredients



  1. 2 skinless,boneless chicken breast halves

  2. 1 package dry ranch-style dressing mix

  3. 2 tablespoon olive oil

  4. 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar



Directions

  1. Preparation time : 5 min

  2. Cooking time : 15 min

  3. Complete in : 1h 20 min




Important points:-

  • Combining the oil and vinegar in a large, plastic bag and mix together.

  • Marinate for at least at an hour in refrigerator,keep it for full night if possible.

  • Preheat oven to broil or grill.

  • Remove chicken from bag.





3. Fried Chicken

Chicken recipe the kid can help prepare. They love the crackers. It doesn't matter f it is good or not,just wing it.

 

Ingredients

  1. 30-35 saltine crackers

  2. 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour

  3. 2 tablespoon dry potato flakes

  4. 1 teaspoon salt

  5. ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

  6. 1 egg

  7. 7 skin less ,boneless chicken breast halves

  8. 2 cups vegetable oil for frying




Directions



  1. Preparation time: 25 min

  2. Cooking time : 20 min

  3. Complete in : 45 min




Important point:

  • Put the crackers in a large plastic bag ,seal bag and crush crackers with a rolling pin until they are coarse crumbs.

  • Take an egg beat in shallow dish or bowl. One by one, dredge chicken pieces in egg.

  • Heat oil in a deep-fryer or large saucepan to 350 degree.

  • Fry chicken, turning frequently , until unless it becomes brown and juices run clear.




 



4.Kung Pao Chicken

It is easy to make, and you can be sloppy with the measurement as you want. This recipe is spicy chicken with peanuts, similar to what is served as you want. You can not go wrong! Enjoy.

Ingredients

  1. 2 tablespoon white wine

  2. 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves- cut into small pieces

  3. 2 tablespoon soy sauce

  4. 2 tablespoons sesame oil, divided

  5. 2 tablespoon cornstarch in 2 tablespoon water

  6. 1 ounce hot chile paste

  7. 1 teaspoon brown sugar

  8. 4 green onions, chops

  9. 1 tablespoon chopped garlic

  10. 1 can water chestnuts

  11. 4 ounce chopped peanuts

Directions

  1. Preparation time : 30 min

  2. Cooking time : 30 min

  3. Complete in : 1h 30 min



Important points :-

  • Mix 1 tablespoon wine , 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oil and 1 tablespoon cornstarch and water mix together.

  • Cover the dish and place in refrigerator for about 30 mins.

  • In a small bowl mix 1 tablespoon of wine , 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oil and heat sauce slowly until aromatic

  • Remove the chicken from marinade and saute in large skillet until meat is white and juices run clear.






5.Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

This recipe very tasty and adaptable to your personal taste. In this taco seasoning is made in cooker in mild temperature “ you can call this soup  but it is fantastic!”

Ingredients



  1. 1 onion chopped

  2. 1 can of black beans

  3. 1 can of whole kernel corn ,drained

  4. 1 can of tomato sauce

  5. 1 bottle of beer

  6. 2 cans of diced tomatoes with green chilies

  7. 1 package of taco seasoning

  8. 3 whole skinless,boneless chicken breasts

  9. 1 pack of shredded cheddar cheese

  10. Sour cream

  11. Crushed tortilla chips




Directions



  1. Preparation time : 15 min

  2. Cooking time : 7 h

  3. Complete in : 7 h 15 min

Important point:-

  •  Put the chili beans, black beans , corn, tomato sauce, beer , and diced tomatoes in a slow cooker.

  • Lay the chicken breasts on the top of the mixture, pressing down slightly until just covered by the ingredients

  • Set the cooker at low heat and cover cook for straight for 5 hours.

  • Take the chicken out and remove the chicken breast from the soup and col long enough to be handled.

  • Serve topped with shredded cheddar cheese.
