Silk Road China: A Journey to Yiwu for Ningbo International Students

On March 13, the sun finally ended its wandering journey. Eight foreign students studying in Ningbo also drove into the gate of the Top-Ease building on the Top-Ease bus in the warm spring. What will be the experience of this trip to Yiwu? Everyone is full of expectations.

On the other hand, the small partners in charge of this reception were busy with this visit as early as a few days ago, planning itineraries, collecting and integrating materials, producing PPT, designing questionnaires and so on. The reception group was also delighted with the discussion. Everyone was both excited and nervous about the visit of the overseas students. 

At noon of the same day, the small partners waited at the company gate early, and the delegation arrived at 1:00 p.m. We first showed them around the office area and the sample room, and then led them to the training room on the fourth floor for tea conversation. Before that, our partners had prepared refreshments, brochures, questionnaires, paper and pencils for international students in the morning.

The announcer is Ge Xiaoqing, the manager of seven departments. The announcement begins with the introduction of the group and department, and gradually goes deep into our work flow. The data and examples are used to show our business and product types in Africa, which impresses the students.


After the meeting is the last item of the project - to visit Yiwu market. Although the previous stage of publicity has been introduced, when you are really in the market, it is still shocked by the "world's largest small commodity distribution center".

I hope this trip to Yiwu will be an unforgettable trip for these students. Although it is only a little bit of Silk Road China, it may become an important point in their life. I believe that in the near future, some of them will come to Yiwu again and start their business trip. I hope that in the future, more small partners who are determined to promote China-foreign trade will enter Yiwu, Top Ease and win-win together.
