Little wonder perhaps that Penny’s office culture and staff-retention credentials are legendary.

“We have numerous long-term staff. I pondered for a long time how to reward them upon their 10^th anniversary in the business. The travel industry can be transient, so I wanted to put something in place that acknowledged the value of their loyalty. I love diamonds, so the Diamond Club was born. I am thrilled that Belinda is the eighth wonderful member of that exclusive Club.
