Provide All Necessary Facilities to The Devotees Visiting Kshetra Bheema Shankar

Finance Minister, Planning and Forest Minister, Mr Sudhir Mungantiwar assured that the government is committed forproviding all necessary comforts and facilities to the devotees visiting Shree KshetraBhhema Shankar which is mainly crowded in the month of Shravan. Also, he trusts that the Mini Bus facility will provide comfortable journey options to the devotees visiting this pilgrimage.

The public launch event of Shri Kshetra Bhima Shankar Development Plan’s Mini Buses Project took place at Vidhan Bhavan, Pune campus.The launch event was chaired by Shri Sudhir Mungantiwar, Minister of Finance and Planning. The event was also graced by the presence of Former MP Shivajirao Anandrao Patil, Divisional Commissioner Dr Deepak Mhaisekar, District Collector Nawal Kishore Ram, Deputy Forest Conservator of A. Lakshmi, Department Controller Smt. Joshi, etc. During this public launch event, Finance and Planning Minister Shri Sudhir Mungantiwar said that during Shravan month and occasions for the yatra, numerous countrywide devotees visit Shree Kshetra Bheema Shankar. However, the existing facilities for transportation were insufficient to serve all these devotees. Therefore, the development plan for pilgrimage included 20 Mini Buses. Fortunately, the bus facility is also getting inaugurated during the month of Shravan, making this service more special and pleasant to the devotees.

The State Government has decided to undertake development Initiatives at all “Jyotirlinga” pilgrimages present in the state. Bheema Shankar pilgrimage is considered a priority for these development initiatives. Also, funds are raised to assure overall development of Bheema Shankar. Finance and Planning Minister, Mr Sudhir Mungantiwar also instructed relevant system authorities to pay attention to the completion of different development tasks at Bheema Shankar which are proposed in the development plan. During this event, State Transport Department Controller Smt Joshi delivered an introductory speech.
