So listen to very attentively what I am saying to you and you must deliver these words to those who could not be present today. O People, as you concern this month, this day, and this city as Blessed, so respect the life and possessions of every Muslim as a holy trust. Yield the properties assigned to you to their legal owners. Offend no one so that no one may offend you. Know! You will certainly meet your Lord, and that He will certainly balance your actions which you have done on the earth. Allah has prohibited you to take usury, so all interest responsibility shall from now be ignored. Your assets, however, is yours to keep. You will neither impose nor hurt any injustice. Allah has judged that there shall be no interest and that all the interest due to Abbas ibn ‘Abdul Muttalib (Prophet’s uncle) shall henceforth be surrendered…Be careful of Shaitan regarding your faith. He has lost all hope that he will ever be able to lead you astray in darkness, so beware of following him in small affairs. O People, truly you have certain rights with regard to your women, but they also have rights over you. Know! You have taken them as your wives only under Allah’s trust and with His approval. If they tolerate by your right then to them belongs the right to be nourished and dressed in compassion. Treat your women well and be kind to them for they are your partners and devoted helpers. And it is your right that they do not make an association with anyone of whom you do not accept, as well as never to be sinful. O People, listen to me in deep, devotion Allah, offer your five daily prayers (Salah), fast during the month of Ramadan, and give your wealth in Zakat. Perform Hajj if you are capable. All human beings are created from Adam and Eve, and no Arab has superiority over a non-Arab likewise no a non-Arab has any advantage over an Arab. Also, a white has no superiority over black nor does a black have any superiority over white except by piety and moral deed. Remember! Every Muslim is a brother to every Muslim and that the Muslims establish one brotherhood. Nothing shall be valid to a Muslim which belongs to a fellow Muslim unless it was given freely and eagerly. So, do not make injustice to yourselves. Remember! One day you will be answerable before Allah regarding your deeds. So beware, do not afield from the path of righteousness behind me. O People, no Messenger or Prophet will come after me and no new faith will be introduced. O People, understand my conveying words. I am going by leaving two things the Quran and Sunnah if you follow these you will never go astray. All those who listen to what I said must forward to others and those to others again, and might be possible the last ones understand my words better than those who listen to me openly. O, Allah! Be witness that I have conveyed your message to your people”.

Therefore, in the second century of Islam, Masjid Nimrah was built at that place where the Prophet (ﷺ) delivered the farewell sermon during the farewell Hajj and led the Salah. Since Wadi Uranah is outside the boundaries of Arafat, that section of the masjid is obviously also outside the boundaries. During its extension, it divided into two parts which are specified for pilgrims who come through cheapest Hajj Packages in order to proceed Hajj. The front part was located at the original masjid being outside Arafat and the back section is within the boundaries. After its renewals, signboards were established inside the masjid to inform people about this matter so that after performing their Zohar and Asr Salah in the congregation, they could either go to the back of the masjid or outside to spend the rest of their time in Arafat. If a person spends all his time from midday to sunset in the front section of the masjid, so in such case, his stay at Arafat will be invalid and his Hajj will obviously be incomplete.
