Apple cider vinegar is a magical potion that can solve all your issues related to skin and hair. Apple pulp goes through fermentation and numerous other processes to form apple cider vinegar. Most people think that it can be used only for kitchen purposes but it is not true. This natural and most common form of vinegar can not only give you flawless and radiant skin but it can also make your hair strong and lustrous.

These are the major transformations and benefits that apple cider vinegar can provide if you apply it regularly on your skin and hair:

Hair conditioner

After you shampoo your hair, you can rinse it with apple cider vinegar. It makes the hair strong, shining, smooth, and straight. Also, it solves the issues of hair split ends and makes rough hair soft.

Skin toning

Apple cider vinegar proves to be a natural skin toner as well. It helps you to maintain the pH level in your skin and also cures sunburns, acne, warts, etc. Moreover, it tightens up the pores of your skin to give you a smooth, tight, and youthful skin. Therefore, it can be used to cure aging skin too!

As it is effective against age spots and warts, men too can use it as an aftershave lotion. If there are rigid warts on your face then you can apply apple cider vinegar generously over them and cover them with band-aids afterward. You will see that those warts will fall off automatically in a week.

Cures rough hair cuticles

If you have rough hair cuticles then you can follow this procedure to solve it permanently:

Step 1: Take ½ a cup of water and ½ a cup of apple cider vinegar and mix them in a large bowl. When it mixes nicely, pour it in an airtight container or glass bottle.

Step 2: Remove some solution from the bottle, massage the oil thoroughly on your scalp and hair. Now, wrap a towel around your hair and wait for 15 to 20 minutes.

Step 3: Now, you can wash your hair with water.

Repeating this procedure twice a week will solve the problems of rough hair cuticles permanently!

Anti-fungal and anti-bacterial agent

Apple cider vinegar is an excellent anti-fungal and anti-bacterial agent. Therefore, you can use it if you have a skin infection, scalp infection, dryness of skin or hair, dandruff, etc. It can also provide relief if you have scalp itches due to dandruff or any other reason.

Recommended for oily skin

If you have oily skin then you can use apple cider vinegar skin toner as it seamlessly removes the excess oil from the pores of your skin. Follow this procedure to make the apple cider vinegar skin toner:

Step 1: Take 4 bowls of water and boil them. Take a green tea bag (whole green leaf tea bag is preferred which does not have other agents and flavors) and insert in it. Let the green tea extract blend in water completely and leave it aside till it cools down.

Step 2:  Now, add a couple of teaspoons of apple cider vinegar (add just one teaspoon if your skin is sensitive) and stir it in water nicely.

Step 3: Take a cotton ball and apply the solution all over your face nicely. The toner will get absorbed in your skin in a couple of minutes after which you can rinse your face in cold water.

Availing this skin treatment for at least thrice a week must solve all your issues like acne, oily skin, black spots, etc.
