Documents Required For Thailand Visa

Documents for Thailand Visa application -
  1. Passport or travel documents with validity not less than 6 months with two blank pages, and is not damaged.
  2. Application Form: Visa application form shall be filled and signed by the applicant.
  3. Photo: Two recent colour photographs of the applicant with a white background and size 3.5*4.5 cm.
  4. Flight reservation: Confirmed round trip tickets.
  5. Proof of Accommodation:
    1. Confirmed hotel reservation under the applicant’s name, covering a total number of days.
    2. If applicant staying with Thai resident, then he must provide
      • Invitation letter from the host to the applicant.
      • Copy of the host’s I.D. / passport photocopy.
      • Copy of the host’s stay permit.
      • In case of Non-Thai host; a copy of the host’s work permit with validity for more than 6 months.
  6. Evidence of Adequate Finance:
    1. Original receipt of endorsement. (USD 700)
    2. Original Bank Statement from last month.
    3. Copy of credit card or financial institution along with credit card statement from last month.
  7. Process Time: Processing time will be approximately 3 to 4 working days.
Documents for Thailand (Multiple Entry) Tourist Visa application –
  1. Passport or travel documents with validity not less than 6 months with two blank pages, and is not damaged.
  2. Application Form: Visa application form shall be filled and signed.
  3. Photo: Two recent colour photographs of the applicant with a white background and size 3.5*4.5 cm.
  4. Flight reservation: Confirmed round trip tickets to Thailand.
  5. Proof of Accommodation:
    1. Confirmed hotel reservation under the applicant’s name, covering a total number of days.
    2. If applicant staying with Thai resident, then he must provide
      • Invitation letter from the host to the applicant.
      • Copy of the host’s I.D. / passport photocopy.
      • Copy of the host’s stay permit.
      • In case of Non-Thai host; a copy of the host’s work permit with validity for more than 6 months.
  6. Proof of Occupation:
    1. Employee
      • Letter from present company.
      • Salary slip.
    2. Self-employed
      • Personal Income Tax Return Document of last year.
      • Trade license or registration paper.
      • Corporate tax document from last year.
  7. Bank Statement: Original personal bank statements for last 6 months updated.
