The Effective remedies for diarrhea

                   Diarrhea is the disease that is caused by viruses, bacterias, parasitic infections, disorders in your small intestines, allergic reactions, ulcers, diabetes, etc. It causes serious issues in your bodies as due to frequent watery bowel movements, the majority of water and essential nutrients are lost from the body, which can make you seriously sick. There are various natural and home remedies to cure Diarrhea, as well as provides essential nutrients to keep your body energized throughout Diarrhea.     

Stay hydrated   

To avoid dehydration, you must frequently drink water. Dairy products such as milk must be avoided as it makes Diarrhea worse.

Probiotics

These are the good microorganisms that are suitable for digestive health. It helps in recovering back to the normal digestive process. Eat probiotic-rich foods for quick results.

BRAT diet

It is also called Banana, rice, apple sauce, and toast diet. This diet is low in fiber and high in starch. They help in restoring solid bowel movements. It is rich in potassium and pectin, which are essential nutrients for maintaining the nutritional balance in the body.

Ginger 

Consuming ginger in raw form or with food will help in fighting the infections that lead to diarrhea, prevent acidity reflux,  and relieves from stomach pains. Phytochemicals present in ginger is an effective anti-diarrheal remedy which maintains the electrolytic balance of the body.






Amla churna

Amla is considered to be the perfect remedy for Diarrhea. Take half spoon amla churna and two pinches of rock salt and mix them in half a cup of water. Drink two half cups a day. 

Rice water

Remove the water after the rice is boiled. Rice water is a very effective remedy for curing Diarrhea. In a cup of rice water add one teaspoon yogurt and a pinch of rock salt. Take this drink twice a day. It keeps your stomach cool and shows quick results against Diarrhea. 

Raw papaya

Papain enzymes present in the raw papaya is good for the health of your digestive system. Eat it thrice a day, or if you wish to take it in liquid form, you can also take one cup of its juice thrice a day. After consuming, you will find that your loose motions are under control now.



Anise and black cumin seeds

Take half teaspoon of anise and black cumin seeds in a pan and heat it then add it to a glass of water. Consume this drink twice a day. It helps you to stay hydrated as well as helps in maintaining salt balance in your body.

                     

              You should be cautious when your child has Diarrhea. Dehydration caused by Diarrhea sometimes proves fatal in young children. Medications should be avoided, consult the doctor for proper treatment. Infants below three months of age should be taken to the doctor right away.
