Physical Requirements to undertake Pieky Peak Trek

You must be prepared physically and mentally. In case of physical, you must be able to hike for at least 5 hrs a day uphill. Detailed itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1396m)
Upon you arrival in Kathmandu airport situated at an elevation of 1396m above sea level, kindly proceed to the outside of airport terminal. From there you will be picked by one of our representative and transfer you to respective hotel .Overnight stay at hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 2:  Drive to Dhap (2932m)
Early in the morning after your breakfast ,we will leave Kathmandu behind and drive to Dhap bazaar flowing the road along sunkoshi River until Ghurmi .On your way ,you will get explore the typical and traditional countryside lifestyle of Nepalis, river, forest streams and so on. At Dhap Bazar you can explore the local market and do some shopping or roam around the place and observe the locals lifestyle. Overnight stay at hotel in Dhap Bazar.

Day 3: First trekking day, Dhap to Jhapre (2829m) 13 km 4-5 hrs trek.
Today is the first day of your real trek. This day after your morning Breakfast you will take the dry trail and reach to Sigane. On walking further the trails moves along the bumpy road to Jhapre. Jhapre is full of vantage points from where you can witness the glorious views of mountain peaks .To specificity; you can get clear view of Mt Everest and Number Himal. Also you can explore Gompas and stupas in different villages. Overnight stay in Jhapre.

Day 4: Trek to Pikey Base Camp 3640m-15 km 5-6 hrs of trek
On 4th day, we start quite early after morning breakfast at first, we trek along the dusty trail which later leads to the uphill trail for reaching Bhulbule. From Bhulbule trekking trails becomes steep and goes up through the Rhododendron forest and tiny settlement of Lhamuje. From here the trial becomes much wider and goes along a pasture lands. On further walking, the winding roads to Pikey Peak Base Camp.At Pieky Peak Base Camp, you will visit several cheese factories along with the majestic view of mountains around .Overnight stay at Base Camp.

Day 5: Trek to Junbesi through Lamjura Pass 5-6 hrs
today’s trek is a long and tedious. So you start early morning and climb to the Pikey Peak view point (4065m). From here you will be able to enjoy the outstanding views of sunrise over Number of mountains like Mt Everest, Thamserkhu, and so on. After all these excellent views, you will descend stay in Junbesi through Lamjura pass (3600m) Overnight stay in Junbesi.

Day6: Junbesi to Phaplu(2469m)11km 4 hrs trek
Today your actual trek ends. On the last day of the trek you will continue you trek in a dusty trail along the Junbesi khola. Then you need to cross adventurer us steel suspension bridge to reach BeniGhat. Trekking further more through forest and cultivated fields, you will reach to Phaplu . Overnight stay at lodge in Phaplu.

Day 7: Drive or flight to Kathmandu 7-8 hrs by Jeep.
On the last day of you journey, after morning breakfast you will make you way back to Kathmandu, you will be transferred to respective hotels. Rest well to overcome challenging Mountain environment.
