Sometimes PayPal users face issues while making money transactions. One of the common reasons is the “Internal Server issue”. Due to this error, users get unable to withdraw or receive money in/from their bank account via using PayPal application.

The most common reason behind this error is the poor internet connectivity or the internet is not working at all. Hence, the user’s prime concern while facing such an issue is to ensure that the internet connection is working properly.

However, if the internet connection is working fine and the user is still facing such a PayPal issue then he or she must remove all the cache files from his or her PC’s web browser. Follow the steps mentioned in the next section to do this.

Remove Cache Files From Your Web Browser

The mentioned steps are applicable to the Google Chrome browser.

  •          Open Google Chrome in your PC
  •          On the top right section, click on the 3 vertical dots
  •          Now, select the History option
  •          Click on the “Clear Browsing data” option on  the left
  •          Now, click on the “Clear Data” button to delete the cache and cookies files
