ANSI B18.2.1 Bolt Maintenance Precautions

Maintenance ANSI B18.2.1 bolt requirements pay attention to roughly three aspects, three major aspects are as follows:

The first one is that ANSI B18.2.1 bolting joints should be supplied by the manufacturer according to the batch, and each of the boxes must be matched and equipped with ANSI B18.2.1 bolts and nuts. The packing box must be able to satisfy the needs of storage and transportation, and also have the function of waterproofing and sealing. The certificate of conformity and quality assurance of the product should be included in the box of the ANSI B18.2.1 bolt. Also indicate the lot number and standard and write the number of bolts on the outside of the package.

The second is to carry out light transportation and unloading during transportation and storage, and to prevent the thread from being damaged. If it is found that the thread damage is serious or because it is raining, ANSI B18. 2.1 bolts can not be used.

The third point to note is that ANSI B18.2.1 bolted joints should be stored in an indoor warehouse. The ground must have certain moisture-proof items. It is also required to be sorted and stored according to the batch number and standard. Can not be mixed batch storage. If it is the high-strength bolt used in the movable room, the sub-package box code should be placed on the bottom layer, and it should be overhead and cannot be attached to the ground. One requirement here is that the height of the ANSI B18.2.1 bolt is greater than three hundred millimeters from the ground, and the code height is generally no more than five to six layers.
