Insta Keto  are I was scratching my head being like am i doing enough for this like I know I'm healthy right now and I feel great but is it gonna translate to a performance that I want on race day and it did you know and it was really letting go of that drive and impulse to kind of be overly addicted to exceed do a little bit of training 1 weeks you do more the next week and you keep going with it you know and listening like keep being more even keel with it so I like to use a method called the math method have you heard of it I've heard of it ok so it's a by dr. Phil math tone who's become a great friend and my own personal adviser so it's great um but it's 180 minus your age is kind of the basic foundation of it as in terms of what heart rate you need to use when you're training at so for me and I'll 150 so I did pretty much I'd say 95% of my training for this marathon all at that math heart rate and the idea being that you can stay healthy because you're not overextending yourself and dipping into too much intensity while still getting super efficient at that heart rate and faster in the speed that you want to have and now the catcher with it though is if something's still going wrong in terms .
