It is traditionally made with the chicken or beef broth, flat rice noodles, spiced with different flavors and toppings of different herbs.
 
3.Bun Cha – It is typically the mixture of grilled pork and fresh noodles and fish sauce, it also contains the handful pieces of carrot, papaya and herbs. This dish was described in the year 1959 by the Vietnamese food writer Vu Bang. It is one of the most popular dishes in Hanoi, which is the capital f Vietnam.
 
4.Gỏi cuốn – They are known as the spring rolls or summer rolls. They are prepared with the help of ingredients such as pork, prawns, and vegetables, packed with crispy salad. It is served with a sweet-and-spicy dip topped with peanuts. This food is not deep-fried or cooked on the outside. It is served at the room temperature. The delicacy is quite common in Vietnamese restaurants.
5.Bánh cuốn - This plate of taste is made from a thin white sheet of steamed batter. It is cooked and wrapped with the seasoned pork, finely crushed wood ear mushrooms and it is dunked in a fish sauce dip. It is garnished with sliced cucumbers and bean sprouts. The dish looks attractive and tasty as well.
