Your Search For Villas in Bangalore Ends Here

The garden city of India has slowly evolved from its stand to become the Silicon Valley of India. Bengaluru serves as the third largest and one of the livable cities in India. It also has very pleasant weather and is filled with beautiful parks, lakes, and greenery in its extraordinary landscape.

Being a south Indian all my life, I have never moved out of Chennai all through my school and college days. We did have some of our close relatives living in Bangalore, and my mother said we have been there when I was in my kindergarten. But to my conscience, I have heard about the city only in books and in movies.

I have heard that the climate in Bangalore is very good and its winters are very pleasant. I have also heard of the lavish and luxurious lifestyle people lead owing to the extraordinary infrastructure of the city’s landscape. Little did I know that I will have to settle in the same city after my marriage, which has only been in my imagination.

Screening Bangalore City for accommodation:

Yes, I was actually going to be living in Bangalore, my husband-to-be was working in an MNC in Bangalore, though he is from Chennai and he has been there for about five years before our marriage. He was staying with his friends in shared accommodation for all these five years. And he was searching for a good house or apartment to stay after our marriage when we had to start our family there.

Trust me, he was taking too much time looking for good accommodation in a serene landscape. For he had very little time after his office hours to physically search for apartments and homes. Later one of our close relatives guided us through an online portal to search for villas, houses, and apartments in any city.

And some of our friends helped us to find an apartment in Bangalore to call it our own. Let me explain the attributes of our newfound home before ten years, and I am sure you will be rejoiced to hear them.

  • We found ourselves an apartment for rent at the tallest tower in the city. And I was really thrilled to stay at such a high rise building.
  • The evening sky, the city, and traffic were all spectacular to watch from the 13th floor of that building.
  • Our apartment had a grand lobby and an entrance to experience a sumptuous entry every single time.
  • The apartment was very well designed and was architecturally pleasing to stay. It was also semi-furnished and we didn’t carry much furniture with us during relocation.
  • The apartment was strategically located and though I didn’t know Kannada much, I was able to manage my shopping list with the adjacent supermarkets and other shops.

Shifting to our own micro home:

Living in such a luxurious apartment was fun, happy and pleasing. But the thought of owning a home rather than to stay in rented accommodation kept haunting me. The cost of living in Bangalore is a little high, I should accept and it was a little difficult to pay the rent every month. So we went on with the idea of buying our own flat.

We were not ready to compromise on the amenities that we were enjoying in the apartment such as games area, jogging track, swimming pool, clubhouse, play area, etc. So we decided to compromise on the space and resorted to housing.com to look for micro homes. The website was awesome and instantly gave us the whole list of micro-apartments in Bangalore.

All of them were at excellent and easily accessible locations, and they also had all the amenities that we once enjoyed in our high rise apartment. It was perfect for our nuclear family, which has now been increased by one new member. My kid loved the children’s play area, games zone, and swimming zone in the micro home apartment. They have indeed made the maximum utilization of the available space. We didn’t have to make any compromise on the facilities and comfort and most of all the homes suggested by housing.com are financially feasible.

Looking for a Villa in Bangalore:

It has been ten years now, my family has grown a little further and our kids are in grade 4 and grade 1 now. My in-laws have come to stay with us as they have grown old and weak. Our micro home is not going to accommodate all six of us now. We are planning to look for our own Villas in Bangalore, which will stay comfortable in our budget with the help of housing.com. I am sure we will be able to find one soon, that will stay within our budget and will meet the needs and requirements of our family as Housing.com is

  • One of the fastest-growing companies in the online real estate space.
  • They have the most genuine list of villas and apartments and are free of fake listings.
  • It is a unique search platform led by passionate customer support executives.
  • They help in discovering, renting or buying a home within the least possible time frame.
  • They have the latest technology that keeps them abreast of rendering the best user experience for their customers.

Finding our villa in Bangalore will now become an easy and effortless experience. Housing. Com has the best technology in place that will enable its users to find their dream homes instantly. The website also offers in-depth information in the most structured manner for its participants in their deal of home search.

So this is my journey in Bangalore for the past ten years. Searching a home and living in Bangalore has been a joyous experience for me so far. I am sharing this post to share the responsibility I had in searching for a perfect living space for my family. I feel women should take more effort into choosing their dwelling as she knows what is perfect for her children and her family.
