Again, using our eggs example, if someone dropped a dozen eggs on the floor, in most modern POS systems, you can quickly enter this in as food waste.No inventory management system is completely hands off. However, using an inventory management system built into your restaurant POS system would make inventory management much more hands off than manually adjusting your inventory, which could give you hours of time to focus on other aspects of your business.
