HOW TO PREPARE EFFICIENTLY FOR CBSE EXAMINATIONS?

It isn’t easy to prepare for the most important exam of your life, the CBSE board examination. It can, in fact, be the biggest reason for anxiety, stress, and depression amongst children. Exams can be a really scary affair. But, does it have to be like that? Schools fail to help children formulate a smart study plan for these exams.

If you have a smart little study plan in place, you don’t need to dread about examinations anymore. But, you need to also make sure that your preparations are consistent over the last one year leading up to the exam day.

1. Follow a proper schedule 

Sleep early, get up early, have proper breakfast and then get to studying. Don’t waste your time worrying about what might happen. If you feel stressed, then just distract yourself by doing something else like – taking a nap, going for a walk, playing, listening to music, etc.

2. Do not try to cover everything in one day

Exercise your brain in a constructive way and don’t try to clutter it with too much information. Set realistic targets by picking 2- 3 subjects in a day. Pick up 1-2 topics maximum to do an in-depth study of the lesson.

Start by picking an easier subject to warm up and then after you have warmed up gradually increase the difficulty level.

3. Solve Sample Papers

It is rightly said that “there is no better practice than match practice”.
