Non Woven Needle Loom Felt

Through Needle Felting felted objects are created without using water. Needle Felting is used in industrial processes and in individual crafting. The machine used for weaving is the loom. Cloth is finished by what are described as wet processes to become fabric. The fabric may be dyed, printed or decorated by embroidering with coloured yarns.

These non woven needle felts are used in wide range of industries and processes as in Automative Industry, Musical Instrument manufacturing, Home textiles etc. and many more. These are also used for frame paintings, making footwears etc.

We can also create different shapes from the needle loom felt. The important characteristics of these needle loom felt are the degree of felt compression, the strength elongation ratio and the permeability characteristics. An increase in needle penetration means an increase in the number of barbs participating in fibre transport and increased transport distance, both of which cause increased damaged to fibres.

Other factors that influence the needle loom felt are Batt Feeding System, Stripper plate design and stitching plate, Number of needles, Delivery speed, Fibre fineness, Fibre length, Length of the needling zone etc.

Owing to our experience and skills in this sector, we have been successfully engaged in manufacturing & exporting Non Wovens Needle Loom Felt. These needle loom felts are extensively used in making camping mattress, blankets and rugs.

Our clients appreciate these Needle Felts for their durability, perfect finish and shrinkage resistance feature. Our this Non Woven Needle Loom Felt is available in variety of range to meet the needs of our clients.
