Spa In Akosombo | Hammam in Ghana | Massage In Senchi

Before moving to Ghana, I often heard it was "THE place" for hair or body care! We all had girlfriends who said they were in search of a particular product from Ghana that grew hair or gave a peach skin ... in short, my girlfriends sold me a dream! And after my first visitto a beauty salon, I quickly realized that I would often make me happy SPA hand, hair and wellbeing the low.

Of course we always negotiate the prices of everything, but in the end we do not resist a long time to a new cup or a small spa session and more compared to the prices in France it's really affordable! Moreover, in Ghana the number of Spa per km is impressive! It is advisable to be advised, all SPA is not always a SPA but it proves nevertheless that in Africa also one can be pampered!

Women are therefore for the most part very pretty! In all the countries I visited, they were always attentive to their appearance. And whatever their social rank! Really enjoyed it. I met as many business women as salespeople hyper-undermined and manicured streets. In short whatever its means, the African woman is happy and likes to be well put.

In Rwanda in particular, I was surprised by their ed the elegant design in their worries and dress detail. Rwandan women are always well dressed and their well-being budget is significant! My girlfriends had their nails and hair done every week. They were always dressed to the nines, in heels and disguised; Sometimes I had the air of a beggar beside them with my chipped nail polish that I had not had time to remake :)))))

In this context, over the years, in Rwanda or Ghana, I have become the faithful customer of some places that I would like to share with you:

If you go through Ghana, I recommend NIOBE SALON & SPA !!

The place is super clean, the girls are nice and I find the prices affordable for the quality of care.

They use practically only OPI varnishes and after a pedicure at home you have the impression of walking on cotton.

In addition the place is beautiful, super well arranged, decorated and soothing. The rooms for massages are cozy, you can change in a cloakroom and you are provided with a bathrobe. NIOBE is in the sports complex Mr. Desailly ( yes, the footballer ).

Pushing their door I had the impression of being in Europe, in the SPA of a chic district. The care given to the place really makes the difference. If you also see foot care in Africa that the market and the tears, think again, there is also a way to have fun in a super nice place in Accra (and probably elsewhere).

Seriously, I went there as soon as I could and when I had time I embarked my sister and we had a relaxing after massage, scrub, in short the total!

But despite this beautiful experience at NIOBE I must admit that my best experience of pedicure-manicure took place in Rwanda! I'm still amazed!

Arriving in Kigali, I had a lot of trouble with the fact that pedicures and manicures were almost always done by Ugandan or Congolese men. I do not refer to nationality as the problem of course, but simply because I had never had a foot massage by a man in a beauty salon! I still remember that nothing but the idea that they ask me of polish made me die of laughter! Yeah, I'm a little stupid.

So I refused their services for a long time. Yet around me moms, young people, in short all women liked to be pampered by men. I witnessed massages, pedicures, manicures, short hairstyles I had to get used to the fact that in Africa of the East (Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda, Congo ...) care is often made by men and in addition they excelled in the matter!

Chrome nickel finish! I did not come back!

Finally I let myself be tempted and I did not regret! It was the best pedicure-manicure of my little life! I asked for advice on the left and right and I went to Top Tower hotel in Kigali not far from Kacyiru roundabout. Remember the address if you are in the area!

The living room is on the ground floor, l to still very clean, decoration not as advanced as at NIOBE but an efficient and cool place.

I was not very s comfortable, but before I realized I was a young man already soak feet in warm water while fussing on my nails. I was not until accepting a massage but it made me a sick job! And finally I must say that I prefer that men take care of my feet and my hands. The young man who took care of me was accurate, neat and made me regret not having accepted male services sooner!

In short I understood why my girlfriends were still in nickel chrome mode. In addition the rates are affordable!

Well, it was a bit long, it was true and it allowed me to see the ladies scroll to the requirements of duchess during a rainy afternoon.

I had a good time and I recommend the experience!

Of course, you the have understood the SPA are the egions in Africa, as the customer asks for the sudden I also allow myself to recommend Zenora Wellness Center in Kigali and Harmony Beauty Center in Accra.

I am very happy to share this with you and I hope you will not hesitate to make you pamper yourself on your next visit to the continent!

See you soon!
