In the process of using and debugging the servo motor, various unexpected interferences will be presented from time to time, especially for the use of pulsed servo motors. The types of interference and the ways of occurrence will be analyzed from the following aspects. To the purpose of targeted anti-interference, I hope to study and discuss together. 1. Interference from power supply Practice has proved that there are many faults in the servo control system due to interference introduced by the power supply. Generally, it is solved by adding voltage stabilizers, isolation transformers and other equipment. 3. Disturbed interference from the grounding system is well known as one of the effective means to improve the anti-interference of electronic equipment.

Correct grounding can both announce the interference according to the equipment; however, a wrong grounding will introduce serious interference signals, making the system unable Normal operation. Generally speaking, the ground wire of the control system includes the system ground, shielded ground, AC ground, and protective ground. If the grounding system is disordered, the interference to the servo system is mainly due to the uneven distribution Household Electric Motors of the potentials of each connection address. There is a ground potential between different connection addresses. Poor, causing ground loop current, affecting the normal operation of the system. For example, if both ends A and B of the cable shield are grounded, a ground potential difference exists, and current flows through the shield. When abnormal conditions such as lightning strike occur, the ground current will be greater. In addition, the shielding layer, the ground wire, and the ground may form a closed loop.

Under the effect of changing the magnetic field, an induced current will appear in the shielding layer and interfere with the signal loop. If the system ground and other grounding processes are disordered, the ground-to-ground circulation that occurs may have an unequal potential distribution on the ground line, affecting the normal operation of the servo circuit. The key to solving such interference lies in identifying the grounding method and providing a good grounding function for the system. Interference from the system mainly occurs from the internal electromagnetic radiation between components and circuits in the system, such as the radiation of logic circuits to each other, the influence of imitation ground and logical ground, and the mismatch between components. The working conditions on the actual site are much more messy, and can only be specific analysis of specific problems, but after all, there will be a satisfactory solution, but the process experience is different!
