Avoid dairy products

Fruits like orange, lemon, and kiwi are known to enhance immunity. All these fruits are a good source of vitamin C, but for people suffering from migraines, their intake can increase their difficulties.

Ice cream also causes problems 

A person suffering from migraines should also avoid things like ice cream. This can also increase the problem. Especially after eating cold things immediately after exercise or after a hot temperature, this problem can increase significantly.
