If an item arrives damaged or is defective, the customer can send a mail via the email address general@meltcosmetics.com within 30 days of receiving the order. The customer has to attach a photo of the damaged product as well with the order number and full name.

The brand does both domestic and international shipping transactions at different rates.

The custom charges for international shipments depend on the country’s postal service of the country. Melt is not responsible for any of the additional charges. The company does not ship during postal holidays.
