To install this tweak, you must jailbreak your iOS devices. After jailbreak, Cydia app will install to your iPhone or iPad.Then you can install the Carrierizer app. If you are not jailbroken yet, you can try o jailbreak first and Follow the below guide.

Firstly, open Cydia app on your iPhone or iPad
Now go to source > Edit > Add. Add below URL
http://apt.thebigboss.org/repofiles/cydia/
After adding it, Cydia will refresh.
Now go to the search section and type Carrierizer.
Find the app and get install to your iPhone
Now go to setting >Carrierizer and change the carrier name.
