Online Dispensary Shipping Company? We offer the sale of illegal marijuana

Online Dispensary Shipping Company says it can deliver various types of Legal Weed for Sale to those who simply make a call and share two identity documents within an hour of the city. An operator contacted by Weed Edibles for sale Online referred requests for comments to the owner via e-mail that has yet to reply. 

The Ministry of Public Safety said in a statement Thursday that such delivery services are unconstitutional and could likely be shut down by the CSU. 

"It is worth warning those operating illegally that they could receive a visit in the very near future from CSU officers, as initial operations have begun to take place Online Dispensary Shipping Company," the Minister's spokesman said in a statement.

The ministry would not provide a timetable for when the CSU becomes fully operational in the Lower Mainland and would not elaborate on any particular cases. 

The CSU was founded by the B.C. Government to enforce the Cannabis Control and Licensing Act, including illegal marijuana sales by non-licensed vendors in the province.

Vancouver police say their Legal Weed for Sale would only be interested in a response if an illicit activity presents a risk to public safety or contributes to underprivileged people through referencing to the CSU all other implementation of cannabis regulations. 

But lawyers say illegal operations such as Pot Dash can continue, as long as the CSU is not fully active.

"They can take advantage of a gap in the Weed Edibles for sale Online system of British Columbia," said Kyla Lee with Acumen Law Corporation. 

"We ought to have seen the Community Security Agency run and run, but until we have one, there is likely to be nothing that can stop Pot Dash or similar companies from operating." Lee added Pot Dash could be shut down fast when CSU officers actively enforce laws.
