How Caramel/candy apple boxes can be deceiving

Whoever came up with the idea of candy apples must’ve had teeth of steel because normal people can’t bite into these. Now I know what y’all are thinking, candy apples signify festivities and a bountiful harvest but let me tell you, there are other ways of celebrating and appreciating a harvest. You don’t have to torture your mouth with these round bricks for snacks.

I still vividly remember my first experience with candy apples (it still is one of the most embarrassing ones). It was my best friend’s birthday (his birthday comes around Halloween) and his mother decided to throw a Halloween themed party. It was a normal birthday party (the kind any sixth-grader can get), but there was something unusual on the table, two very shiny, pretty, daintily wrapped boxes of caramel/ candy apples. These caramel/candy apple boxes looked so tempting to my (stupid) 10-year-old self, so much that I decided to try one. I took an apple from the box and tried to bite it, my teeth weren’t able to bite through it, I tried again, and again, and again and everyone at the party saw my struggle to eat a candy apple. In the end, I started crying and everyone made fun of me for it.

Last year my sister threw her son’s 7th birthday party. As I entered the venue (to my dismay) the first thing I saw was three large boxes of deception. These cursed apples are packed in such attractive boxes that anyone can be deceived into eating them. Caramel/candy apple boxes make these horrible snacks look so tempting that, even after knowing how hard these are to eat, you may still try to bite one.

Now let’s talk about the mechanism of eating this snack. You must have a big mouth, no, literally, you can’t eat these if you have a small mouth and don’t even get me started about the struggle to bite it without smudging your lipstick and ruining the makeup. I am one hundred percent convinced that whoever invented this snack, invented it as a means of torture (You can never convince me otherwise). Why else someone would want to ruin their festivities by serving brick and stones (candy apples) as snacks.

The worst part about these snacks is, their amazing packaging. These beguiling boxes can make anyone think they are going to taste the most delicious treat in the world (of course they will end up biting a stone cold atrocity).

I can rant about candy apples for on and on and on (yep, I hate them this much) but just in case you’re looking for custom, alluring caramel/candy apple boxes for your Halloween party or any other occasion, Bakery Packaging Boxes manufactures the best ones.
