Cozido a Portuguesa is a famous stew made in Portugal that you must try if you visit the country. A Brazilian spice called peri-peri is used widely in Portugal to flavour shrimp and chicken. Goan curry is also widely used to flavour broths and a variety of dishes. Although Portuguese food is not known about widely around the world, when people visit the country, they often fall in love with it.
