Eating right at the right time for best muscle growth using levypainot and leuan

Have you heard of the term “anabolic window” related to weight training? It is that 30 minute window after any weight training routine during which one has to consume some food. Common sense says that for the best muscle buildup one should lift weights and eat food – lots of both. And if the food is consumed within this anabolic window then the gain from weight training is the best. After you have worked out rigorously using levypainot and leuanvetotanko you should focus on when you eat as well as what you eat.

There are three important reasons why you should eat within 30 minutes of your workout. As per Alan Aragon and Brad Schoenfeld these reasons are very simple. Food after workout will replenish the glycogen level in the muscles; it will stop the breakdown of proteins in the body and it will also stimulate the synthesis of proteins. As you can see here all three points are related to proteins, the building blocks of muscles.

Apart from building muscles protein also helps in the healing of muscle tissues. After a rigorous workout with levypainot and leuanvetotanko your muscle tissues get torn. They need time to heal and without adequate protein they cannot heal as early as you would want them to. No one recommends full body weight training for more than two or three times a week and this is precisely why – the muscle needs time to heal. When food rich in proteins is consumed the healing happens faster.

So how much protein is required by someone that works out regularly with levypainot and leuanvetotanko? It is said that bodybuilders require anywhere between 1.2 and 1.6 grams of protein per kg of their body weight per day. So, for someone weighing 80 kg, the amount of protein required is between 80 x 1.2 = 96 grams and 80 x 1.6 = 128 grams.

The protein sources are in many types of food that you consume. For example, 8 ounces of yogurt or milk can give you between 8 and 16 grams of protein. ½ cup cooked tofu or beans can give you 8 grams of protein. The only issue with consuming natural food for your protein requirement is that you may need to eat a lot and you may not have the appetite for so much food. So, you can always use those protein supplements that are so easily available these days.

However, bear in mind that apart from consuming protein you also need to time the intake perfectly. Food 20 minutes before workout and food within 30 minutes of workout is essential for you. You may opt for simple items like a glass of milk or soy milk or yogurt. There are these protein bars that you can always consume. And you can have a heavy protein meal once a day.

Food is important along with regular and rigorous exercise using levypainot and leuanvetotanko. Don’t ignore this aspect of bodybuilding because you may cause harm to your body otherwise.

If you go through strenuous exercise using levypainot and leuanvetotanko it is important that you eat the right food at the right time. This is essential for your well being and also for muscle growth.
