I believe sleep problem is the most common health problem that tortured many adults, while baby's sleep problems may still occur from time to time although the little one may sleep all night. Babies need enough sleep to grow and developed especially for the first six months. Thus you should notice the common sleeping problems

First, resist bed. Research showed that the majority of babies lack security when they fall asleep, so parents may find it's very difficult to settle down or sleep on their own. Baby more likely sleep on the arm of mom or hug of baby, once you put him on the bed, he may wake up and start to cry. For this problem, you need to give the baby a full sense of security. Put the baby on the baby crib and wave him to sleep. For a good baby crib(here), it has the function of imitating mother's hug, baby can quickly fall asleep with mom's company.

Second mixing up day and night. Since the newborn baby sleep, about 16-20 hours in the baby crib and he may mix up the day and night, and stay up at night. This is the craziest time for parents because they still need to work at day. Please don't be sad, you should adjust the baby and make him correct the day and night. You can wake him up at day to avoid oversleep and take them outside. Baby is very curious about the world, when he sees the world, he may has more interest in the flower, the blue sky than sleep. You can also keep the room dark when he has a nap or breastfeed him at night.

Third, sleepless due to nigh feeding.
Infant aged 2-3 months who need to breastfeed about 2-3 times at night may have less sleep. Less sleep at night has no good for baby development.
You talk to your child's pediatrician about how often babies should eat overnight. If you can reduce overnight feeding, provide feeding every two to three hours to ensure that your baby has enough food during the day. Then, slowly extend the time between feeding at night.

Fourth: Awaken baby too quickly. Unlike our adult, the infants sleep noisily, she/he may make noise or cry when they fall asleep. In other words, the baby is a sleeper talker. There is a common mistake that most new parents made that they think the baby is awake, so they will wake them up. You should gentle comfort them rather than waking him up, so your baby will be able to go back to sleep quickly.

In conclusion, there are so many factors that caused the baby sleeping problems, the key is to find out the reason and solve it accordingly.
