Nathiagali is at the height of about 8000, and an excellent infrastructure and accommodation is available here.

You don’t have any need to climb up the slopes as the slope of 200m has been linked with a ski lift for your help to climb up. Skiing in Dayara Bugyal, Garhwal:

There are exceptional ski slopes in Dayara Bugyal covering an area of 28 square kilometers. Most importantly there is a breathtaking small lake in Bugyal which provides a great opportunity for camping.

Skiing in Munsiyari, Kumaon:

Munsiyari is located at a distance of 127 kilometers from Pithoragarh and 66 kilometers from Jauljibi. “Betulidhar” and “Khalia Top” are the most famous skiing spots here.
