Offering Up-Front & Detailed Product Reviews on your Website

Posted by interfuse on August 12th, 2010

Sharing your personal experience of products is a great way to attract an audience to your web site, make additional sales, and build a solid steady readership. As long as you do things right, your personal or commercial benefit from the added publicity of offering straight forward, up-front, and un-biased reviews.

Many of these products you review may be very popular. When blogging about the product in question, you may hit on many keyword phrases that other-wise do not have any targeted links. By hitting on these phrases, you empower your website and are able to tap into incredibly targeted traffic bases. With any luck a number of these readers will bookmark your site and come back just to read more of what you say.

Can you write product reviews to make money? Sure, though, you should generally continue to keep your opinions un-biased, your visitors will thank you for it and you will be paid for sales when visitors agree that the product is good. We have several examples of this technique used on two of our sites (InterfuseIt.com and RapidArcadia.com) where we offer detailed reviews of websites and products that we enjoy which just so happen to offer affiliate commissions for any sales that the review generates.

Here you can find an example review about Managing Website Logins with Roboform (you might actually find this useful).
