Provence Residence EC is a brand new condominium located in District 27, Singapore, along Canberra Link, where landed homes and high-end condominiums are a common residential enclave. A perfect place to link to the upcoming Canberra MRT station along the North South MRT line within a 6-minute walk. The construction has been sold by joint sales to MCC Property. It is situated on a 179,651 sqft land area with a Gross Plot Ratio of 2.3, which is expected to house 385 residential units. The Central Business District (CBD) and the forthcoming 2nd CBD in Jurong are approximately 30 minutes away by train.

It is anticipated that Provence Residence EC will feature 385 residential units. On 16 May 2019, the tender for the site was opened, receiving a total of 8 bids. The Canberra Connect EC site has been awarded an offer of 3.89 million to MCC Land (Singapore) Pte Ltd, which translates to 6 psf ppr on 11 October 2019. CDL Constellation and TID Residential are getting close, with a bid of 3.5 million, just --content--.95 psf below the highest bidder.

Provence Residence EC is one of the 4 residential EC sites provided by HDB as part of the GLS program in Canberra Link under the Sembawang planning area and close to the Canberra MRT station. The site is also close to the CBD, which is about 30 minutes away, and close to the forthcoming Jurong 2bd CBD.

MCC Land is the developer of the Provence Residence EC. MCC Singapore is the Singapore-based arm of the Metallurgical Corporation of China (MCC Group). The business was established in 2010 as the MCC Group of China entered into Singapore's property development market. MCC Land has been active in the construction of residential units in mature housing estates ever since.
