There are a dozen reasons as to why Calgary should be the place to go out and rave at night. Be it the Calgary events, the music, the food, the entertainment or just its ultimate security, Calgary is the place you should be enjoying your nightlife. Calgary nightclubs range from small ones to the most popular but their services are exquisite and unbeatable.

Calgary Nightclubs

Jameson’s Irish pub 17th Ave is one of the newest night clubs in Calgary and is operated by some of the most experienced and friendly attendants. It is the club to be in every Friday and Saturday since from 10.00 pm the DJ turns up the volume loud creating an awesome musical social scene.

You can never get to consume enough booze at ‘Cat n Fiddle pub’ since they offer you over 19 beers on tap. Labeled as Calgary’s most authentic premier Scottish club, it consists of a huge patio, a pool table for those who enjoy gaming as they sip their bottle of beer. It also has numerous numbers of darts and other games too to keep your night enjoyable and involved. It is located on 16 Ave and 5 St. NW and this is a place you can never complain about parking.

The ‘Ship and Anchor pub’ is another one of the most popular and oldest clubs in Calgary. Celebrating about 15 years in the business is a good sign of the unbeatable services the club has been providing to its customers. It is famous for its electric mix clientele as well as the good food it offers. Every week there are live bands performing as well as local DJs mixing the best of tunes to keep you fully entertained and of course for the football lovers, the English premier league is showcased on the big screens for free.

Those are not the only night clubs available in Calgary, we also have Loco Lou’s Grill and Bar,  Corky’s pub, The Voodoo lounge among others.

Calgary Events

Calgary is a hive of activities as each and every club hosts unique events each and every week or on special occasions and holidays. For example this valentine’s season, some of the events you should not miss out include the Valentines Party which will be held at Arthur Murray Dance Studio on February 14th as from 7.45 pm, similarly, we have the anti-valentine’s Day party dubbed ‘Single and Lovin it’ which will be held at Jameson’s Irish pub on February 14th from 10 pm.

Other than special occasion Calgary events, we also have the regular weekly events held in most Calgary night clubs. At Jameson’s Irish Pub, we have Ladies Night each and every Thursday while at Ranchman’s Cookhouse and Dancehall we have Thursday Ladies Night Battle of the Sexes from 8.30 pm every Thursday. We also have Adults Only Nights held at Telus Park from 6pm to 10pm.

Other events include the Jazz series, Music on screen series at EPCOR Centre Arts learning Center, Sochi winter Olympics at Jameson’s Irish pub, Make it or Break it at Cowboys Dancehall and so much more.
