What is CRM?

As the name states, Customer Relationship Management a.k.a CRM is the tool designed to improve the customer service of any company. But today CRM has become one the major pillar in any business building. Companies are investing on CRM softwares because it is the easiest and simplest way to keep records of your past, present and potential customers. It keeps the report of any customer’s history with a company which helps the company to improve their business relation with those clients.

How CRMs are changing the Business World?

Business is not only about selling your product, but to keep the relation with your customers. The most important factor in any business is knowing the demands or problems of your customers and working accordingly. Earlier, companies used to track this reports in CSV files but it was too time consuming and confusing, but with the invent of CRM apps, now it became as easy as pie. CRMs is changing the whole business world and it is now said to the the largest software market in the world. Not only the MNCs, but also the Startups and SMEs are using CRM today for their businesses.

Tele-Callers and CRM:

Imagine working as a telecaller, you have to make a lot of calls everyday and after each calls you have to store the feedback in pen and paper or in a Excel sheet. They make many mistakes while doing so and thus loose many important leads. Loosing a single lead meaning loosing a customer. But with any CRM app, they can store the feedback in a single place without any problem and many CRM app comes with a voice recording option which gives them the access to record the voice about the conversation report. After many calls they have to send a text message or email, but with the CRM app, they can easily save the feedback as well as they can send the text or email from there.

Auto Dialer And CRM:

Imagine having an application which makes call and after the call, you can save the feedback in that same app. Yes, it is possible. Many companies are making apps with both Auto Dialer and CRM. You can simply start dialing numbers and the app will automatically start dialing the numbers and after each calls, you can store the feedback in the same app. And if you have to send any email or text, you can simply send it from there. You can save your custom templates and send it in bulk to your customers.
