Breaking The Poor People Paradigm

Poverty! Can anyone find out more who has really been poor know what poverty is? I really doubt it. How can anyone who enjoys three "square" meals a day explain the phenomenon? Perhaps one will be able to grasp the real meaning of poverty when one struggles real hard to have a miserable meal in twenty-four hours. Poverty and hunger are cousins; simply because the former is tied to the latter.

The case reminded me of what had happened to my friend Jawa. When you are living so close to the hilt, any little problem can destroy your whole life.

Eventually, Jawa found another minimum wage job. It took him over an hour to walk each way, but he looked at it as a temporary problem he had to overcome, just one more obstacle, on the road to graduation from University.

First, it is a big dream or vision with burning desire to achieve whatever it takes ethically. Most us we have only dreams but we have no desire to achieve it. We did not focus our dreams or vision of our life. Vision is very important to every people. It is a state where whom we want to be or what we want to have. It is state where all what we want are realized. It is where, we are enjoying together with our family anytime we want, anywhere we want, anything we want. It is a picture of what we want in the future.

As defined by Wikipedia, Poverty "may be understood as the deprivation of essential goods and services." In other words, poverty is basically a scarcity which some given individuals experience, or should I say, it is a situation where people are in lack of material things, with a great emphasis on human necessities, such as food, clothing and shelter.

The love of money. This is probably the most misused verse in the Bible pertaining to money. People as claimed that "money is the root of evil" but that is not what the Bible states. It is the love of money over all else that God considers to be a root of all kinds of evil.

We, the people of the world can make a big difference if we stop ignoring and together solve this issue. It's never too late to take a stand for a good cause; this is our time to remove poverty from the world economy.
