We aim through our geriatric services to cater to our client’s physical and psychosocial needs. Our nurses will focus on promoting, maintaining, and restoring the elderly’s physical and mental health. 

What we do

What we do is centred around each resident, what they want to do and how they want us to help. An initial assessment and discussion is written up in the form of an Individualised Service Plan of care (ISP) that is constantly monitored and updated. This means that – even as things change over time – each resident (and their family) can be sure that they are receiving the most appropriate care and support.

All our residential care homes have a caring family atmosphere and are staffed 24 hours a day with suitably qualified and trained care staff. All personal care needs, including administration of medications and Dementia Care, can be met. District Nurses support our Care Staff as and when needed.

We have many years' experience of supporting people coming into residential care, and helping people come to terms with this major change in their lives.
