Good technology starts with specific goals
New technology hits the market, and existing technology is renovated and used every day for the legal industry. Whether you need to reduce HR costs, increase collections, or stimulate client generation, chances are that some form of technology will play a large role in any firm initiative.

Testing removes much of the unknown of any new process and helps highlight errors and / or small adjustments to make full integration easier for everyone. Once the test is complete, if successful, set realistic goals to get the rest of the company up and running.
