How to Sell dirk kreuter to a Skeptic

For all those of you who don't understand who Dirk Kreuter is, then allow me to introduce you. A Dutch football coach, he has coached teams from across the planet. As part of a larger training team, he works as an instructor at the Netherlands' famous VOC, or VOC Zagreb School of Sport Management. The faculty runs several workshops and seminars each year so as to introduce aspiring coaches and supervisors to the most effective methods of management and staff building. In the following report, I want to discuss some insights to what we've learned and realized at Dirk Kreuter's VOC workshop a couple of months back.
