In this category, the competitors also have a one-minute free group, where they pose arbitrarily to the sounds of music.

Fitness

Like bodybuilding, the fitness category is open to both men and women. Symmetry and aesthetics are also required here, but muscle development is adequate. Competitors must be muscled and drawn, but not nearly as large as in the previous two categories. Here, the space for a free group is longer than in the "classic bodybuilding" category - the competitors have exactly 90 seconds to show. This set is focused not only on the presentation of the figure, but also on strength and gymnastic elements.

Bodyfitness

Categories exclusively for women. Again, this is about symmetry of the figure, adequate muscles and a well-drawn body, but on a completely different scale than in female bodybuilding. Unnaturally large muscles do not belong in bodyfitness. As in other categories, in bodyfitness, women have specific poses on the basis of which they are evaluated.
